As I began my first painting, Sacred Promise, I was surprised to find the figure come alive, as if emerging through the canvas. In the process she revealed an eternal pledge of remembrance to The Goddess. Sacred Promise, is the first in a series which will be complete upon a sixth and seventh painting. Also included in this series are: Sanctuary, Sacred Moment, The Waiting and Far Memory.
